Getting Around CRW Airport
CRW Airport features a straightforward layout with three main concourses, making it relatively easy to navigate. Concourse A, located to the left of Concourse B, is accessed by a stairwell and an elevator. It hosts seven gates primarily used by United Airlines. Concourse C, the newest addition since 2001, is situated to the right of Concourse B and also features access via a stairwell and an elevator. This concourse has five gates and caters to American Airlines flights.
For general amenities and services, Concourse B is your go-to spot. It not only has two gates used by Breeze and Delta but also houses key facilities including the airport gift shop, a shoeshine service, and The Junction Charleston—a combined restaurant, bar, and gift shop. All passengers will pass through the TSA checkpoint into Concourse B, and it's also where you'll exit the secure area. To help you navigate, here are a few tips:
- Use the centrally located Concourse B for most services and amenities.
- If you're flying United, head to Concourse A; for American flights, proceed to Concourse C.
- Elevators and stairwells are available for moving between concourses if needed.

Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
The airport has two security checkpoints located in Concourse A and Concourse B. The security checkpoints are equipped with advanced technology to ensure the safety and security of all passengers. Passengers are required to remove their shoes, belts, and jackets, and place their carry-on items in bins for X-ray screening. Liquids, gels, and aerosols must be placed in a clear, plastic, quart-sized bag and presented separately for inspection.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
CRW offers a TSA PreCheck program that allows eligible passengers to use the fast track lanes for security screening. The TSA PreCheck lanes are available at both security checkpoints in Concourse A and Concourse B. Passengers who are enrolled in the TSA PreCheck program can keep their shoes, belts, and jackets on, and their laptops and liquids in their carry-on bags. This program saves time and makes the security screening process more efficient for eligible passengers.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
Yeager Airport does not have international flights, so there are no passport and immigration control locations at the airport. However, passengers traveling to international destinations can connect to other airports that offer these services. It is important for passengers to check the passport and visa requirements for their destination country before traveling.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
Charleston Airport has both TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints to ensure the safety and security of all passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows eligible passengers to experience expedited screening at security checkpoints. Global Entry Locations
CRW Airport is not a Global Entry enrollment center, but there are several enrollment centers located nearby in West Virginia. Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. If you are a frequent international traveler, it is recommended that you apply for Global Entry to save time and hassle at the airport.

Food, Shops & Services
Yeager Airport offers a variety of food and shopping options for travelers. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a last-minute souvenir, the airport has got you covered.
For food, there are several options available in each of the three concourses. Concourse A has a Starbucks and a Subway, while Concourse B has a Greenbrier Cafe and a Sam Adams Brewhouse. Concourse C offers a variety of options, including a Great American Bagel, a Quiznos, and a TGI Fridays.
When it comes to shopping, Charleston Airport has a good selection of stores to choose from. In Concourse A, you'll find a Hudson News and a CNBC Newsstand. Concourse B has a Charleston Marketplace, which offers a variety of souvenirs and gifts. Concourse C has a Hudson News, a CNBC Newsstand, and a Marshall University Bookstore.

Baggage Claim Areas
Yeager Airport has two baggage claim areas located on the lower level of the terminal building. Baggage from domestic flights is usually available for pick-up at carousel 1, while baggage from international flights can be found at carousel 2. The airport provides baggage carts free of charge for passengers to transport their luggage from the carousels to the ground transportation area.
