Getting Around BNE Airport

BNE Airport features two main passenger terminals: the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminal. The International Terminal is structured over four levels, with airline offices and baggage services on level 1, arrivals on level 2, a departure lounge on level 3, and check-in facilities on level 4. This terminal is equipped with 14 bays with aerobridges, including four that can accommodate A380s. The Domestic Terminal, on the other hand, is a two-story building with three satellite arms extending from it, offering various gate facilities and lounges.

When navigating inside the airport, here are some tips to keep in mind:

  • For international flights, head to the International Terminal, where each level is dedicated to specific services, ensuring a streamlined flow from check-in to boarding.
  • The Domestic Terminal is divided by airlines, with Qantas and QantasLink at the northern end and Virgin Australia at the southern end. Jetstar and other carriers are centrally located.
  • Both terminals are designed for ease of access to lounges and gates. Look for signage directing you to the appropriate concourse and gate for your flight.

Whether you're flying domestic or international, understanding the layout of BNE Airport and following the signs will help you move smoothly through the terminal to your departure gate.
