Concourse A Info & Layout
Concourse A at Calgary Airport is a key component of the Domestic Terminal, primarily handling domestic flights. It is predominantly used by WestJet, which is headquartered in Calgary, for its regional non-jet flights. Concourse A is divided into two sections: A1 and A2. Concourse A1 includes departure gates A1-A6, while Concourse A2 features gates A11-A24, accommodating a variety of domestic airlines including WestJet, Air Canada, Flair Airlines, Air North, Air Transat, and Porter Airlines.
Travelers at Concourse A can enjoy an array of amenities, including a food court located on the mezzanine level, airline offices, and various airport authority offices. The terminal is designed to ensure a smooth travel experience with its efficient layout and services.
Access to Concourse A is straightforward, with passengers entering through the main Domestic Terminal. The terminal is connected to the International Terminal via a 620-meter walkway corridor, complemented by the YYC Link Passenger Shuttles. These are twenty, ten-seat electric vehicles that facilitate easy transportation for connecting passengers between the terminals.
