SEPTA provides bus and rail services from PHL. The SEPTA Bus is located at Zone 1, outside baggage claims at Terminals A-East, B, C, D, and E. Terminal F passengers can access buses from Terminal E.

- Bus 108 to the 69th Street Transport Center
- Bus 115 to Suburban Square in Ardmore
The SEPTA Rail on the R1 Airport Line is accessible between the terminals and baggage claims at Terminals A-East, B, C/D, and E/F. Trains to the city center take about 30 minutes and run every half hour from 4:20 am to 11:52 pm.
