Getting Around YEG Airport
The terminal at YEG is designed to facilitate smooth movement for travelers. Upon entering, you'll find check-in desks conveniently located, making it easy to start your journey. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
YEG Airport has several security checkpoints located throughout the terminal. The main security checkpoint is located on the departures level, near the entrance to the terminal. There are also additional security checkpoints located near the gates for certain airlines. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport early to allow enough time to pass through security.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
The airport offers Fast Track lanes for passengers who want to expedite their security screening process. These lanes are located at the main security checkpoint and are available to passengers who have purchased a Fast Track pass or who are members of certain airline loyalty programs. Fast Track passes can be purchased online or at the airport. The Fast Track lanes are clearly marked and are designed to help passengers get through security quickly and efficiently.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The passport and immigration control locations at YEG are located on the arrivals level of the terminal. Passengers arriving on international flights will need to pass through passport control and customs before exiting the terminal. There are several passport control booths available to process passengers quickly and efficiently. Passengers are advised to have all necessary travel documents ready and available for inspection by immigration officials.
