Banking Services at HKG Airport
Travelers passing through Hong Kong Airport (HKG) can avail themselves of a variety of banking services. These services include Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Banks/Credit Unions, and Currency Exchange Services.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
ATMs are conveniently located throughout the airport for your banking needs. The Bank of China Branch in Terminal one, Departures Check-in Hall seven, offers ATM and personal banking services. You can reach them at 852 2326 1883 during their operational hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturdays.
There are also ATMs from Standard Chartered, AEON – SPOT, Citibank, Construction Bank of China, and HSBC express Banking located in various terminals and halls of the airport. These ATMs offer services such as balance viewing, deposits, and withdrawals, with some operating 24/7.
Airport Banks & Credit Unions
For more extensive banking needs, the Bank of China Branch and HSBC Premier Centre are located in Terminal one, Departures Check-in Hall seven and Terminal one, Arrivals Meeting & Greeting Hall, Lvl Five respectively. They offer a range of services from ATM access to personal banking.
Additionally, there is an HSBC Branch in Terminal 2, Shop 16, lvl 6 that provides services such as accounts, cards, and consumer banking services. Their operational hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

They offer services such as foreign currency exchange and collection of online ordered money. Their operational hours vary, with one location open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturdays, and the other from 9:00 am to Midnight.
