Getting Around SJU Airport
The airport features a main terminal building with four concourses (A, B, C, and D) and a separate terminal. Despite having multiple concourses, all terminals are interconnected, making it relatively easy to navigate between them. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)
San Juan Luis Munoz Airport has several security checkpoints located throughout the airport. The main security checkpoint is located on the second floor of the terminal building, near the entrance to the gates. There are also additional security checkpoints located near the entrances to the concourses and near the baggage claim areas. Be sure to allow enough time to pass through security before your flight.
Fast Track Lanes and Locations
San Juan Airport offers a Fast Track service for passengers who want to expedite their security screening process. The Fast Track lanes are located at the main security checkpoint on the second floor of the terminal building. This service is available for a fee and can be purchased online or at the airport. The Fast Track service is recommended for passengers who are short on time or who want to avoid long lines.
Passport & Immigration Control Locations
The Passport and Immigration Control locations at SJU Airport are located on the first floor of the terminal building, near the baggage claim areas. There are several passport control booths and immigration officers available to process passengers arriving from international destinations. Be sure to have all necessary travel documents ready and available for inspection by the immigration officers.
TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints
The airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for all passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows expedited screening for low-risk travelers. To be eligible for TSA Pre Check, passengers must apply and be approved through the TSA Pre Check application process. Once approved, passengers can use dedicated TSA Pre Check lanes at participating airports, including SJU. The TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints at San Juan Luis Munoz Airport are located in the main terminal.

Global Entry Locations
San Juan Airport has a Global Entry location for international travelers. Global Entry is a program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. To be eligible for Global Entry, passengers must apply and be approved through the Global Entry application process. Once approved, passengers can use dedicated Global Entry kiosks at participating airports, including SJU Airport. The Global Entry location at the airport is located in the main terminal near the Customs and Border Protection area.

CLEAR Plus lanes are located at Terminal B/C on the departures level near Door #1 and #2.

San Juan Airport has several baggage claim areas located in each terminal. These areas are clearly marked and easily accessible upon arrival. Passengers are advised to check the monitors for their flight's baggage claim carousel number. Baggage carts are available for use in the baggage claim areas for a fee.
