Getting Around SJU Airport

At SJU Airport, navigating through the terminal and concourses can be straightforward if you're familiar with its layout. The airport consists of a main terminal building divided into four concourses: A, B, C, and D. Terminal A is primarily used by JetBlue and includes gates A1 through A8. Locations of Security Checkpoint(s)

San Juan Luis Munoz Airport has several security checkpoints located throughout the airport. The main security checkpoint is located on the second floor of the terminal building, near the entrance to the gates. There are also additional security checkpoints located near the entrances to the concourses and near the baggage claim areas. Be sure to allow enough time to pass through security before your flight.

Fast Track Lanes and Locations

San Juan Airport offers a Fast Track service for passengers who want to expedite their security screening process. The Fast Track lanes are located at the main security checkpoint on the second floor of the terminal building. This service is available for a fee and can be purchased online or at the airport. The Fast Track service is recommended for passengers who are short on time or who want to avoid long lines.

Passport & Immigration Control Locations

The Passport and Immigration Control locations at SJU Airport are located on the first floor of the terminal building, near the baggage claim areas. There are several passport control booths and immigration officers available to process passengers arriving from international destinations. Be sure to have all necessary travel documents ready and available for inspection by the immigration officers.

TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints

The airport has TSA and TSA Pre Checkpoints for all passengers. TSA Pre Check is a program that allows expedited screening for low-risk travelers.
