Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport is a modern facility primarily handling international flights, with a strong focus on transatlantic routes. It serves as the main hub for Aer Lingus and accommodates several major airlines including British Airways, Iberia Express, Vueling, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, United Airlines, and Emirates.
The terminal spans 75,000 square meters and features 25 departure gates, providing parking for 27 narrow-body aircraft. It is equipped with 16 immigration desks, designed to efficiently handle up to 15 million passengers annually. A standout feature of Terminal 2 is its US pre-clearance immigration facility, allowing passengers to complete US entry procedures before departure, streamlining their arrival in the United States.
Travelers can access Terminal 2 via pedestrian walkways from other parts of the airport. The terminal is designed to accommodate future growth, with provisions for an expanded check-in hall and an additional pier (Pier F) if needed.
