HNL Off-Airport Parking
Airport Parking Configuration
The airport offers a variety of parking garages and lots designed to meet the diverse needs of travelers. The Honolulu International Airport Guide provides an in-depth view of all services at the airport.
The International Parking Garage, located directly across from the International Arrivals Building, offers eight stories of parking. The Terminal 2 Parking Garage, situated directly across from Terminal 2, is five stories tall. The Terminal 1 Parking Garage, adjacent to Terminal 1, is seven stories tall with a 30-day parking limit. All lots are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each garage has different vehicle height restrictions, so it is advisable to check these before parking.
Getting To/From The Lots
Walkways are available on different levels of each parking garage for passenger access to the respective terminals. For example, in the Terminal 2 Parking Garage, walkways are available on the fourth level. If the Terminal 1 Garage is full, drivers can go to the 6th level where a vehicle bridge to the International Parking Garage is located.
Cell Phone Waiting Lots
Drivers waiting to pick up arriving passengers can use the Cellular Telephone Waiting areas free of charge for up to one hour. This provides a convenient option to avoid parking fees while waiting for passengers to arrive.
Advanced Reservations
While the airport does not directly offer advanced parking reservations, it is always advisable to arrive early to secure your preferred parking spot. With a variety of parking options available, you're sure to find a convenient spot.
Payment Options
Automatic ticket dispensers issue parking tickets at the entrance to each parking area. Payments can be made in cash or by major credit card. Please note that checks are not accepted.
Special Vehicles
Motorcycle parking is available at the rate of $1.00 for two hours and $5.00 maximum per day via payment box; $50.00 monthly. Please note the 30-day parking limit applies to all lots.
Valet Parking
The airport currently does not offer valet parking services.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Parking
Designated parking spaces for electric vehicles are available in the International Parking Garage at various locations on levels 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8. An electric vehicle charging station, which can provide service to two vehicles, is located on level 1 of the International Parking Garage. The current charge for use of the electric vehicle charging station is $7.00 for 24 hours.
Special Needs Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available in all parking structures and lots for persons holding valid placards. The locations of these spaces vary in each garage, but they are generally located near elevators and on the ground level of the structure.

Airport Parking Rates
International Parking Garage
The International Parking Garage is located directly across from the International Arrivals Building. The garage is eight stories tall and provides direct access to the H-1 Freeway eastbound and westbound and Nimitz Highway. Garage vehicle height restriction is 8′-0 within the garage or 10’-0, uncovered parking.
Terminal 2 Parking Garage
The Terminal 2 Parking Garage is located directly across from Terminal 2. The garage is five stories tall and provides direct access to the H-1 Freeway eastbound and westbound and Nimitz Highway. The ground level garage entrance vehicle height restriction is 9’-9” across from Baggage Claim 19. The second level garage entrance across from the Administration Tower at Lobby 5 height restriction is 6’2” and the garage entrance across from Lobby 6, is 6’6”.
Terminal 1 Parking Garage
The Terminal 1 Parking Garage is located adjacent to Terminal 1. The garage is seven stories tall and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is a 30-day parking limit. Garage vehicle height restriction for all entrances is 7′-0″.
