CLT Off-Airport Parking
Airport Parking Configuration
The airport offers a variety of parking options to accommodate all traveler needs. Getting To/From The Lots
Designated Express Deck shuttles provide non-stop service to and from the terminal's lower level in Zone 2. Complimentary shuttle service is also provided to and from shelters in the Daily North Lot, Long Term Lots 1 and 2. For those parking in the Hourly Deck, walkways from the Level 2 elevator lobbies provide direct access to and from the terminal.
Cell Phone Waiting Lots
The airport offers a free Cell Phone Lot for drivers waiting to pick up arriving passengers. Spaces are available for use while waiting for an arriving flight. All drivers are required to remain with their vehicles while in the lot. The Cell Phone Lot is also handicap accessible.
Advanced Reservations

All Airport parking facilities offer handicap parking and accessible shuttles run continuously. The Cell Phone Lot is also handicap accessible.

Car wash and vehicle maintenance services are available at the Express Deck Preferred and Valet. Travelers can ask an attendant for details.
