Central Terminal Area parking is ideal for dropping off and picking up passengers, overnight trips, and extended stays. The premium parking, with over 7,000 stalls, is conveniently located just across from the passenger terminals. For budget-conscious travelers, LAX Economy Parking and LAX Budget Parking provide cost-effective options, with the former boasting over 4,000 stalls and 514 active EV chargers. Van Nuys FlyAway Parking is available for FlyAway bus patrons, and the Cell Phone Waiting Lots offer free parking for those picking up arriving passengers.
Getting To/From The Lots
Complimentary shuttle service is available 24 hours a day for transportation to and from the Central Terminal Area (CTA). Shuttles depart every 20 to 25 minutes from LAX Budget Parking. For LAX Economy Parking, passenger pick-up areas are located on Level 1 of the garage and on the Arrivals level of the CTA.
Cell Phone Waiting Lots
LAX offers two Cell Phone Waiting Lots where drivers can park for free for up to two hours while waiting for arriving passengers. These lots provide a convenient, cost-effective option for those picking up passengers from the airport. Please note that vehicles in the LAX Cell Phone Waiting Lots must be attended at all times.
Advanced Reservations

Payment Options
The airport accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Union Pay. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Debit cards are also accepted. Cash is accepted at pay-on-foot machines.
Special Vehicles
Free parking for motorcycles is available in all General Parking and Premium areas inside the Central Terminal Area parking structures. However, free parking is not available in Valet areas. Bike Parking is also available in several areas within the Central Terminal Area.
Valet Parking
Valet parking services are available in P1, P3, P4, and P7. The maximum charge for each 24-hour period is $75.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Parking
The airport has installed over 1200 EV chargers at various locations within the Central Terminal Garages and in the LAX Economy Parking facility. EV users can book EV parking in advance and guarantee their space. The EV charging rates are $2 per session plus 0.45 per kWh.
Special Needs Parking
All vehicles displaying disability placards or license plates may park in parking structures and LAX Economy Parking and pay the posted fee. More information can be found here.
